1. General Food Sales
All Sales FINAL: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of baked goods and other treats offered at Scoops and Loops LLC, all sales are final once the items are picked up or delivered. We do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for change of mind or taste preferences.
2. Quality Issues and Concerns
Reporting Window: If there is a major quality issue or error with your order, you must contact us withing 48 hours of pickup/delivery and include a clear photograph of the item, showing the issue/error in the photo.
Resolution: Valid quality issues evaluated on a case-by-case basis may qualify for a partial store credit or replacement at our discretion. Returned physical product may be required to assess quality.
3. Custom Orders and Deposits
Deposits: Custom orders (such as specifically decorated baked goods, ice cream or large events) require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking to secure your date and materials.
Cancellations: Cancellations for custom orders and large events must be made at least 5 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within this time period are entitled to receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice are non-refundable.
4. Transport and Handling Disclaimer
Our Responsibility Ends: Once an order is handed over to the customer or a designated representative and inspected, Scoops and Loops LLC is no longer reasonable for any damage, melting, shifting, or spoilage occurring during transport, setup or storage. Care instructions are provided with delicate items.
